This 30 year old patient presented to our office with the desire to have fuller breasts with more upper chest fullness. Patient met with both Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. After meeting with patient, bilateral 505cc saline implants were placed under the muscle. Surgery was performed on site at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates.
