40 year old female increase from A cup to C cup with Silicone Breast Implants*

This 40 year old female presented for consultation with Dr. Nuveen at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in Okc with surgical goals of breast enhancement and enlargement. She believed her breasts deflated some after having children but had always felt that larger breasts would be more proportionate to the rest of her body. She wanted to increase her size two cups sizes - from an A cup to C cup. She selected 450 cc silicone breast implants to be placed behind the muscle (subpectoral).
