I was surprised how quickly they could take me on as a patient. Financing the operation was a simple process. The surgery went well and the result looks nice, even better than I had imagined. I have a lower than average tolerance for pain and ended up needing more pain medication than is normally given for this procedure. Dr. Naveen was able to relieve my pain without having prescribe narcotics. I can return to work soon and I'm feeling so much more comfortable in my own skin and I don't have to focus on my loose, flabby areas anymore. From the moment I walked in and started my consultation, I felt so comfortable. Every single staff member I spoke to was kind and attentive. A breast augmentation consult has the potential to be a little awkward (so I experienced at a previous establishment), but not at CSA. I was able to comfortably discuss and show the surgeon and nurse what I wanted to achieve and ask all the questions. I schedule my surgery that day. Sarah, helped with the financing consult and was beyond supportive. Not only did she provide support before but evens two weeks post op she is answering all my questions. I never leave reviews on ANYTHING but CSA deserves this review. I could not recommend CSA enough. From start to finish, the whole team has been so professional and kind. I scheduled my appointment for rhinoplasty in April and had my procedure done October 20th. They called and made sure I knew of my pre-op and post-op instructions and answered all of my questions. On surgery day, it could not have been a smoother process. Everything went perfectly. I’m now on day 16 post-op and I LOVE my nose. Went in to have a second Breast Augmentation surgery by Dr Nuveen after almost 20 years had my implants switched out not to mention my old implants had held up fairly well main reason for the switch was, I wanted more volume well my experience was just a great as the first time the staff was very attentive and friendly even though I had had this surgery before it was still a little nerve racking staff was very helpful to help relax and make me comfortable surgery was what seemed to be quick and easy I had very little pain and was up and walking within the hour. I had been struggling with whether or not I should have a lower body lift after losing a large amount of weight. I made the decision to jump in after taking 4 flights in the span of two months where I was manhandled by TSA because of my extra skin. I chose CSA and Dr. Nuveen after consulting with 2 other practices and I am so glad I did. Dr Nuveen worked a miracle on me and I am still shocked and do a double take every time I pass by a mirror. I have met my fair share of plastic surgeons, and when I say that none of them compare to Dr. Caplin, I mean it wholeheartedly. She is by far the most considerate, kind, brilliant doctor I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond with her patient care and knowledge of procedures. I just had surgery yesterday with her and she not only exceeded my expectations with how great everything looks, but she even called me herself yesterday evening to check on me and see how I was doing. When she’s with you in the room, you feel as if you’re her only patient in the world. She tunes everything else out and gives you her undivided attention. I was definitely scared going in for my procedure. When I got there everyone assured me that everything was going to be fine and that they would make sure I got what I came for. I first visited cosmetic surgery affiliates when I was 25 years old for my breast augmentation. It went very smoothly and I absolutely love my results. It gave me the confidence to start working out more and taking better care of myself. A couple of years later I’ve decided to go back and address the issues I was having with my stomach muscles… I was trying to work out and anything having to do with my core hurt. It turns out that I had two different places that were herniated from having children at such a young age. Dr. Neveen fixed me up and gave me the perfect waistline! I had a second breast augmentation within the same year as my first and Dr. Nuveen really cared to listen to my concerns and really focused on what could be improved on the second one. She takes great pride in her work and has a unique woman's eye for aesthetic beauty. I had a full body lift with fat transfer to the buttocks. I was 310 before WLS and 165 stable for a few years. Having to stand in front of a complete stranger in my intimates and discussing my flawed body as the main topic of conversation is quite humiliating. I had breast implants that were over 30 years old. I was concerned that there could possibly be something wrong with them. Three years ago, Dr. Caplin replaced them. It was a difficult surgery apparently because of scar tissue on the right side. She had to remove a lot of tissue because of that. Loved having my procedure done at CSA! Staff was wonderful, Dr Caplin was very helpful, listened and thoroughly answered all my questions in pre-op. Unfortunately that doesn't always happen, even at the most expensive places in Dallas;you're often just seen as a number. My surgery went by in what seemed like 5 minutes and I was released to go home as soon as I was comfortable. Will definitely continue to get my work done here. More

CSA went above and beyond to make my experience great! We were in the midst of an ice storm and the majority of OKC was without power but the OR is fully powered by generators to continue with surgeries. The office staff had lanterns lining the hallways and exam rooms. Dr Nuveen is amazing and listened to what I wanted while also suggesting what he felt was appropriate regarding size of implants. Being hyper reactive to Epi and intolerant of Versed left me searching everywhere for a Doctor that would even talk to me about a Rhino. Dr Nuveen didn't even hesitate at my drug restrictions and preformed an amazing nose job & eye lift - WITHOUT any drug induced pain!!! The staff was excellent & attentive, Sonia was great and caught all my drug restrictions & took excellent care of me. 47yrs, 1st BA Chose NATRELLE 605 SCF Gummy Bear Implants. I Love Them! - I have celiacs. I bruise really easy and it always looks really bad. I had several consults that the surgeons weren't comfortable after I stated " I will bruise and it will probably turn black." About a week later I developed a hematoma in the right breast. Dr. Nuveen and his nurses noticed it right away then off to the surgery area we went. He notified his staff of the emergency so they could let his other patients know there would be a delay. I didn't realize it was an issue just thought it was a normal bruise. They had me fixed up in about an hour. So far my new breast are healing well and are starting to drop. I love the way I look in clothes for the first time in my life. Everyone is amazing there. They answered all my questions and put me and my husband at ease. There is always someone available for any emergency at anytime of the day. Updated on 2 Oct 2019: I'm 3 months post, my breast have dropped and feel soft. All of the bruising is finally gone. I still have some numbness and tenderness in the lower poles. My muscles have started to get feeling back in my chest. My implants are under the muscle. Updated on 8 Dec 2019: I am so pleased with the results. Just got fitted for my new breast. My final result is 34DDD. I was barely an A cup. The Lady that did my fitting was so nice. They look natural and perfect for my body size etc. I then returned for a tummy tuck October 2018 and am very pleased. Dr. Nuveen and his nurses noticed it right away then off to the surgery area we went. He notified his staff of the emergency so they could let his other patients know there would be a delay. I didn't realize it was an issue just thought it was a normal bruise. They had me fixed up in about an hour. So far my new breast are healing well and are starting to drop. I love the way I look in clothes for the first time in my life. Everyone is amazing there. They answered all my questions and put me and my husband at ease. But these are the most personable, caring and down to earth surgeons that I have ever did a consult with, Im so Thankful that God put them in my path. The Bedside manner of Courtney is... above and beyond, I stayed at the overnight recovery center and let me tell you it was nice, first I had my husband and my two teenage boys with me, we are a close knit family so they all wanted to be with me, Do you know the staff had no problems with my two boys staying over with me and my husband😳...they made them feel so welcomed and at home, the girls even pulled out a blow up bed for them!!! The evening after my surgery Courtney came into the recovery room before going home and that's when I met Dr.Nuveen, he helped her put me in my compression garment...he talked to my husband and my boys and even took my oldest son to show him where extra sheets was if they needed them!!! ❤️ This place! I am so far very pleased. My surgery was today. It took about 45 minutes and I was pretty groggy for a few hours after. I am taking Norco and Valium. Don't wait for the pain to set in. Prior to choosing Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates to perform my breast lift and tummy tuck, I visited a physician in Louisiana that was said to be, ”the best.” After consulting with the Louisiana physician, I was quoted twice as much for the same procedure. It was also recommended by the Louisiana physician that I have the procedure done at two different times which would have further contributed to an increase in cost and recovery time. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. - I have no idea where to even begin with this review except from the beginning. A little about me, I’m 42 years old and grew up in a very strict body image type home. After having children I “let myself go”. For 15 years I was severely overweight. About seven years ago I decided it was time to make a change. I lost 85 pounds through better eating choices and exercise. But then I was left with saggy skin and these areas of fat that no matter how hard I worked I couldn’t lose them. I decided I wanted to have a tummy tuck done. After researching countless doctors and reading many stories on here I decided to call Dr. Nuveen’s office. His staff is the most polite and helpful group of people I have encountered in a facility such as this. When I finally had my appointment I was so impressed with the facility and staff that I knew no matter what I wanted to have my procedure here, but I still had not met the doctor. Once the consult was concluding Dr Nuveen told me that he would be happy to do a tummy tuck for me, but he didn’t think I would be happy with the results considering there was a lot of fat and saggy skin on the backside that needed to be removed as well. I went into an immediate tailspin. He was recommending a lower body lift. I was not prepared for this in any way. But I felt confident that if that is what he recommended then that is what I was going to do. Once I was hime and processed I realized I had a lot more questions I needed answers to. Without hesitation his staff set up another consult. Dr. Nuveen was so patient with me. He answered every question I had. By the time I left his facility again I was never more sure where I wanted to have my procedure done but also who I wanted to do it. I can not tell you how happy I am that I made this decision. I am 28 days post op and I feel amazing. M stomach is completely flat. My incisions are all but healed. I had very minimal pain after procedure. Dr. Nuveen gave me my life back. He gave me my happiness back. For that I can never be thankful enough. I truly believe in this man. I believe in his knowledge, technique, and I feel like he has the best support staff around him. I would recommend anyone considering a lower body lift to do a consult with him at the very least. Even if you have a bit of travel, it won’t cost you anything but time. 27 YO No Kids 5'2 117lbs Silicone 450cc HP - I HATED my breasts never EVER went without a bra that added at least 2 cup sizes and was 2 sizes too large. Didn't wear bathing suits, i was completely embarrassed of my breast. I was completely terrified to go in to surgery as o had beget gove under anesthesia before nor had surgery. But dr nuveen and his staff made me feel at ease. It was fast. It hurts Wang's there is nothib you can do abou about that i mean its surgery. Dr. Caplan and Dr. Nuveeen "nailed it" on my lip reconstruction. Almost 20 years of mental anguish is gone and it has only been a month since my procedure. Before the surgery, about 90 percent of my day used to be focused on my lip appearance and discomfort. I couldn't event see what was going on around me most days (that is how bad my lip bothered me). 40 Years Old..finally Able to Have BA! - Oklahoma City, OK - Hi! I just turned 40 years old and was finally able to have the breast augmentation that I've wanted for years...after raising 4 kiddos, it's my turn now! Dr. Nuveen took a lot of time with me helping me decide what size to go with and whether saline or silicone was right for me...I was thinking about 400 cc silicone, but he told me that for my build (5' 9" and 170 pounds) I would really need to go bigger, if I wanted to see much difference (I was barely a B cup to start out with, barely) So, we went with 650 cc silicone under the muscle....and I'm SO glad he suggested that I go bigger!! I felt at ease the entire time I was in the office and I'm usually a nervous Nelly! ;) For anybody out there wondering if the surgery's worth it....IT IS!! I absolutely love my new additions! Constantly trying to wear extreme push up bras and use tricks to make myself look like I've had boobs. It's always been the one thing I've felt that kept me from looking like a woman in stead of a little boy. Especially with short hair. It's the one thing that's always been in the back of my head every single time anyone has ever told me that they found me beautiful or attractive. The one reason I preferred the lights off while I was having sex. The one thing I covered up when people looked at me. So far, I am completely in love with my body. I couldn't be happier. I have no cons. I mean the recovery is to be expected. I barely remember the first 2 days because of the anesthesia and pain meds. I feel like I'm right on track though and I couldn't be happier.Updated on 5 Mar 2016:Virtually no pain. A little numbness below the nipple still, but I hear that's normal. I am able to lift my daughter thankfully, she's 15 lbs but I feel like I can only do it because my body is so used to it. 1.5 Year Old Implants Removed - Oklahoma City, OK - I would like to start off my thanking all the women who took the time to write reviews in breast implant removal. You really helped me in my decision. I am interested in breast implant removal. Here are my pictures. I think they are too big for my body. I liked them for about six months, but have realized they are too big and want them gone. It is difficult for me to find clothing that fits my body right. I also have difficulty working out. And have pain under the implant crease where I can feel the implants. I'm also at a very different place in my life than when I got the implants put in. I'm about to graduate college and start my professional career and don't think my big boobs will fit into my lifestyle. I've researched the various alternatives and have come to the conclusion that removal is the best action for me. I scheduled my surgery 4/14/16 with the same doctor who put them in.Updated on 19 May 2016:I am so glad I went through with this. I can not began to express my gratitude for Dr. Nuveen and his wonderful staff. I began my journey with them in October with brachioplasty and breast lift/augmentation. First of I would like to start out with this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. I was so scared, I have never had surgery before and never put "under" so my nerves were in every direction.I live in Texas and Dr. Nuveen is 7hours away so a lot of communication was with his staff over the phone, plus I researched Dr. Nuveen for about a year before I finally scheduled the appointment.I went in at 7am on a Thursday morning and had my consultation with Dr. Nuveen. I was so impressed at how he made me and my husband so relaxed. He wanted to know about us before we started any conversations about breast surgery. Then moving on to the breast questions and concerns, he was so informative, so patient with me and very well mannered. He never once made me feel uncomfortable. Loved the entire experience!I had an online consultation, arrived the day of surgery and met the whole crew, and was home and recovering shortly after the procedure that same day. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable before, during, and after. I was even given cell numbers to Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Makipour in case I had any questions during recovery outside of business hours---who does that?! I travelled from Iowa and would do it again in a heartbeat if I ever should want another cosmetic surgery. I absolutely love my results, their bedside manner, and their talented and skillful staff! This is the place to go for ANY cosmetic procedure. I couldn't be happier. From the moment I entered the office door all the way through my 3 post-op visits, I was treated with respect and dignity. NEVER was I pushed into any decision---after expressing what I was unhappy with about my face, Dr. Nuveen accessed the face and had recommendations that were left entirely for me to decide upon. His staff personnel presented several options for prices and payment again with absolutely no pressure. The day of surgery, those gals made sure I was comfortable and we just laughed and a good time. Dr. Nuveen has a very soft voice , is polite and very professional. His knowledge and surgical expertise is well documented and cannot be disputed. I got my lips done by Jessica last week and I am so so happy with the result! She spent a lot of time with me so we could work together to make sure they still had a nice and natural look. I really appreciate how slow she went and kept a mirror in front of me the whole time so I could see how they were turning out as I was getting them done. Love her!! My lips swelled up so much that following night and next day and I got kind of freaked out, but rest assured they are now back to how they were after I left her office! She is really down to earth and shows she cares about you which I really appreciated. Went for a consultation with my friend who is getting a lift and implant with dr. Nuveen and her lips done with Jessica. Jessica was so friendly and informative that I booked my appointment THAT day to have my lips done the next week! She showed us pics, showed us on our own face what the injections would do for my lips! And I am 3 days out from my procedure and I absolutely love them!!! I had NO lips before Jessica got ahold of me, and now I can wear lipstick and make the duck face without hesitation!! The procedure was quick and for the most part painless. She was clean and made sure I knew what she was doing the entire time. I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Jenson has been. I had a large procedure done with him in August and the before care and the after care have been outstanding!!! Dr. Nuveen was there too since I had so much done and he was very nice too. There is another surgeon there name Dr. Makipour that is great too! I have waited a year to write this. I had breast augmentation surgery last August. I had a wonderful experience! Hardly any pain at all, had surgery on Friday and was back to work Monday! As a 53 year old, I wondered how I would look after everything had settled.. I can honestly say it still looks great. I went from a 34B to a 34D. Dr. Nuveen and his staff are the absolute best!!! I am from the DFW area and would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone!! I had lost over 100 pounds and was in search of a surgeon that could help me remove the excess skin and perform breast lift with augmentation. From the very first consultation to the present (I am not completely done with all my surgeries) they have treated me with the utmost respect and have been honest and realistic. Anyone who has done their "homework" knows how important it is to trust someone with your whole body transformation. I had an entire lower body lift, spiral thigh lift and I was so worried about having no "booty" left after all the excess skin would be removed. Dr. Nuveen created me a "booty" and believe me he had his work cut out for him. I am still AMAZED at the way I look. I sometimes look at my before and after pictures and can't believe how incredible I look thanks to HIM!! He truly cares about his patients and has their best interest at heart! When having an elective procedure done, well multiple in my case you can not settle for less than the best!
