Our patient here is 46 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates concerned with skin laxity around the neck and jowls. After her consultation it was determined that Dr. Nuveen would perform a smart lift with a chin implant. Adding a chin implant would complete facial harmony and the smart lift was able to correct and tighten the extra skin under the chin and neck. Before and after pictures are presented 5 months post op.
