This particular patient came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates after hearing about Dr. Caplin and her expertise in performing gender transformative procedures. This patient was interested in removing the breast tissue in hopes of achieving the more masculine look they desired. After their consultation it was determined that Dr. Caplin would perform a double incision mastectomy with a free nipple graft. A free nipple graft creates a smaller looking nipple and involves repositioning on the chest.
