26 year old trans-female came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates desiring a breast augmentation. The patient presented to us in consultation that she has some breast tissue after being on hormones for several months. The patient and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Courtney Caplin agreed on a moderate profile 560 cc silicone implant. The implant was placed submuscular (under the muscle) for upper chest fullness and natural appearance.
