This 29 year old patient presented to our office with the desire to have fuller breasts with more upper chest fullness. To avoid traveling to Oklahoma multiple times the patient decided it would be easiest to have an online consultation. After being educated online about breast augmentation the patient traveled from Texas to meet with both Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates for surgery. After meeting with patient, bilateral 405cc gummy bear implants were placed under the muscle. Surgery was performed on site at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates.
