Our patient here is 41 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates interested in a re-augmentation. Her previous implants were 12 years old, and she was unhappy with the nipple position over the years. She was also interested in going up in size to give her a fuller look. After her consultation, it was determined that Dr. Caplin would perform and breast re-augmentation with lift replacing her previous implants with soft touch implants. The soft touch implants gave her the fuller look she was wanting, and the lift was able to correct the lower nipple placement she was concerned about.
