Our patient here visited Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates interested in discussing a Breast Augmentation. She had voiced dissatisfaction of her flatter chest and wanted an implant that would give her a fuller, more feminine look. After her consultation, it was determined that Dr. Caplin would be performing a Breast Augmentation using silicone implants. The before and after pictures are presented 1 year apart. The silicone implants gave her the fullness she desired while giving her a natural, more feminine look.
