Our patient here is 60 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates with concerns on her aging face. She was interested in a procedure that would help get rid of the excess skin she had hanging from her neck as well correct the deep lines and wrinkles on her face. After consultation it was determined that Dr. Nuveen would perform a full face and neck lift with facial fat transfer. She was left with a much younger looking face that she desired along with little to no excess skin on the neck.
