Our patient here is 29 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates interested in discussing her chin and neck. She expressed that her main goals were to have a slimmer, more defined jaw line, and to remove her double chin. Dr. Caplin performed an isolated neck lift with a chin implant. Her before and after pictures are presented just 1 month post op. She is left with the defined jaw line she desired and a slimmer face and neck.
