Alecia is amazing!! I was getting filler at another clinic and honestly was super unhappy. I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience, I felt like this one was absolutely worth writing. As a woman in the Military, I want to share my experience and perspective because choosing to undergo rhinoplasty in April of 2026 was one of the biggest and best decisions I’ve ever made for myself; Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in OKC exceeded every expectation I had and deserves all the recognition. During my consultation, I met with Dr. Meyer, and from the very beginning she took the time to listen to every concern and goal I had. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing what I wanted and was honest about what was realistically achievable. She was transparent about her expertise, the pre-operative process, the surgery itself, and what to expect during recovery. The entire consultation felt relaxed, informative, and never rushed. She is incredibly personable while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. On surgery day, Dr. Nuveen performed my rhinoplasty. From the moment he walked into the room, both my husband and I felt welcomed, reassured, and confident that I had made the right decision. He genuinely cares about helping patients improve the insecurities that bring them through his doors while also respecting their personal goals and boundaries. I never felt pressured to change more than I wanted, and that meant a great deal to me. I also have to recognize the entire team at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. Every single person from the nursing staff to the anesthesiologist and everyone in between was exceptional. They were kind, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel seamless. As someone in the military, I especially appreciated that many of the staff members had military backgrounds. They understood the demands and lifestyle that come with military service, and that immediately put my mind at ease. Knowing they understood where I was coming from only strengthened my confidence in moving forward with surgery. Now, several months later, I can honestly say this experience has been life-changing. My results are beautiful, natural, and exactly what I had hoped for. More importantly, I feel more confident in myself every day. I am incredibly grateful that I chose Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. If I ever decide to pursue another cosmetic procedure in the future, there is no question where I’ll be going. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Went to CSA for a consultation for a breast aug. I was so nervous but everyone was so kind and made me feel safe and not embarrassed at all. Jayme was so informative and eased me with her sense of humor. While I wait for my surgery she hooked me up with some filler and baby Botox with Alecia. What a cool team! I am looking forward to having my procedure with them! Goodness now I want so many things done haha

Sidney in Oklahoma City was phenomenal. I had those horrible liver spots on the backs of my hands that made me look ancient. I’d had them for years and they were getting worse. She did the first laser treatment intending to do 3 treatments. But after 2 weeks and the one treatment, they were completely gone. I couldn’t believe it at first but truly they disappeared. My hands were no longer an embarrassment and reflection of my age. The ease with which Sidney performed this miracle amazed me. The cost was ridiculously inexpensive too. Don’t wait anymore. I’ve had such a great experience with Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates! Everyone in the office has been so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. I even won a giveaway basket they did! (They have amazing skincare btw def worth the investment) Dr. Nuveen is an amazing surgeon!!! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and always takes the time and makes you feel heard. He’s very honest and realistic about healing and our goal, which I really appreciated. I was NEVER hesitant or in even pain throughout the entire process!! He’s been keeping a close eye on everything during my post op appointments, and I’ve always felt like I was in great hands. I also saw Alecia for injections, and she was fantastic! My mother sees her too now! My face was pretty uneven so I know it was a hard job. She made me feel so comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results turned out just how I had hoped! I’m a baby so she put numbing cream on and it didn’t even hurt at all!! A huge thank you to Darien, Ashley H., Catherine, and Amber too! (I can’t remember all the girls names for the post op appts) They’re all so kind, helpful, and made me feel much better throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend CSA to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their patients!! 100% see Dr. Nuveen!! Just got a diamond glow facial from Sid, the amazing in-house aesthetician, and my skin looks bouncy and dewy! I get a monthly facial with the VIP package, and my skin looks more youthful than it has in years! Sid is fantastic!!
