Our patient here came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates interested in a breast reduction. Her main concerns were the size of her breasts and nipples. She desired to have a smaller chest that would be more proportionate to her body. After her consultation it was determined that Dr.Caplin would perform a breast augmentation with lift along with a free nipple graft to help achieve the results the patient desired. Her before and after photos are presented 4 months post procedure.
