Our patient here is 28 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates after hearing about Dr. Caplin and her expertise work with transgender top surgery procedures. Our patient desired a less feminine chest and Dr. Caplin was able to perform a double incision mastectomy top surgery. The nipple was also taken off and resized to match the more masculine look they desired.
