Our patient here is 29 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates interested in a BBL. In her consultation she stated she was unhappy with certain areas of her stomach and back. She mentioned being interested in liposuction and also wanted something to help fill and lift her buttock area. After her consultation it was determined that Dr. Caplin would perform liposuction to the flanks and transfer it to the buttock to give the patient the fuller bottom she desired while also getting rid of the fatty areas on the back that she was concerned with.
