Sara Kelly, APRN - FNP-C - certified Nurse Practitioner

Sara Kelly, APRN FNP-C, is a certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in advanced injectables and skin care. Sara enjoys focusing on overall health and wellness with her clients to help them feel good from the inside out. Sara is trained in Hormone Replacement Therapy and is excited to offer this new service and bring bioidentical hormone pellet therapy to CSA. Sara received her BSN in nursing from Washburn University in Topeka, KS and her MSN from Graceland University in Des Moines, Iowa. Sara’s background in nursing, prior to switching over to Aesthetics, is in Emergency, Rapid Response, and Trauma care. Over her career as a nurse, she has learned the importance of prioritizing health and wellness and is passionate about bringing this mindset to her patients. Sara provides a variety of injectables such as dermal filler, Botox, cellulite treatments, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments for skin rejuvenation. She believes the combination of her treatments allow her patients to feel and look their best. Sara is excited to take on the role as the lead injector and join the talented team of CSA.
