MOMMY MAKE OVER: Tummy Tuck, Flank Liposuction, Breast Augmentation*

This mommy makeover patient came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates at 36 years old wanting to rewind time back to her pre-baby body. Prior to surgery, patient met with Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin to discuss her goals of getting rid of excess abdominal skin and increasing her breasts by 2 cup sizes. It was recommended to patient that she proceed with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to remove loose skin, in combination with flank liposuction to give her love handles a more contoured appearance. To fill up her breasts, patient was given options of saline or silicone. After trying on sample implants in our OKC office, patient chose 450cc silicone implants as her ideal size.
