From the moment I walked in and started my consultation, I felt so comfortable. Every single staff member I spoke to was kind and attentive. A breast augmentation consult has the potential to be a little awkward (so I experienced at a previous establishment), but not at CSA. I had been struggling with whether or not I should have a lower body lift after losing a large amount of weight. The whole staff made the process easy and comfortable, from the first call to the final day of surgery. I had to reschedule my surgery and they were great about that as well. Dr Jung performed my procedure , she was so kind and even texted me the night after my surgery to check up on me. She took a lot of time to discuss the look I wanted as well as my goals . I first visited cosmetic surgery affiliates when I was 25 years old for my breast augmentation. It went very smoothly and I absolutely love my results. It gave me the confidence to start working out more and taking better care of myself. A couple of years later I’ve decided to go back and address the issues I was having with my stomach muscles… I was trying to work out and anything having to do with my core hurt. My almost 14 year old daughter had a large dorsal hump from an injury. She was very insecure and hated her side profile. It was a difficult surgery apparently because of scar tissue on the right side. She had to remove a lot of tissue because of that. I had a breast augmentation we went through all the pros and cons. Of sizes. She measured took pictures answered all my questions. I am 49 years old and was extremely worried I would end up with results that were to big or to small. I ended up with exactly what I wanted they are absolutely perfect, this surgery for me was so easy , with her on my side, if I had any questions she answered via phone calls or texts on here time off, she will be missed here in Seattle but ladies you have gained the best in my opinion. I had my consultation with Sonia on the 17th of February. Sonia was genuinely helpful, articulate and informative when going over my various options. I just left a consultation with Dr. Nuveen and I am blown away. These type of appointments are always very uncomfortable for me. Having to stand in front of a complete stranger in my intimates and discussing my flawed body as the main topic of conversation is quite humiliating. However, instead of getting right to the problem, Dr. Nuveen took his time to get to know me and establish a trust that he has my best interest at heart. I didn’t feel like I was at another doctors appointment at all. When we reached the point of discussing my flaws, I felt like I was just asking a new friend for his opinion. CSA went above and beyond to make my experience great! We were in the midst of an ice storm and the majority of OKC was without power but the OR is fully powered by generators to continue with surgeries. This week I went to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates for a consultation for breast augmentation and a full body lift. I had been researching places to go and this was the one I kept going back to after lots of reviews, both online and word of mouth, were very positive! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and attentive. The waiting area was gorgeous and comforting. I was taken back to the consult area by Jayme where we had a great conversation about what I had in mind, she was very open and honest with her answers to my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. Sonia came in next to measure and take photos, I have had 4 kids and modesty isn’t usually an issue, but my poor boobs...She was so sweet, explaining everything she was doing and why. I actually had the upper eye-lift procedure for purposes of improving my peripheral vision, and the results far exceeded my expectations. I've had a number of remarks on how much better my eyes look now, but I tell people I would have been happy with the post-op bruising permanently to have obtained the resulting improvement in my vision. There are so many positive things I could say about Dr. Courtney that I thought it would be best to write a review considering reading other reviews before my procedure is how I came about choosing this place. Beforehand, I had went to several Doctors for consultations and all told me that they wanted me to split my procedure up into two sessions. One for the lift and then to come back six months later for the implant. I personally thought that was too expensive and secondly two recoveries. Now I’m already heavy chested but I still wanted an implant along with a lift. As soon as Dr. Courtney walked in the room, it was literally love at first site. She did reserve the right that safety does come first and that if in the process, she felt that it wouldn’t be safe to add and implant than she would not do so. I was ok with that. When I would up from my procedure, I saw that she gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I am VERY pleased with the excellent customer service provided and will definitely come back again soon. On 4-25-17 I took one of the largest leaps of faith into Dr. Courtney Caplin's hands! I had a consultation for a Tummy tuck a few months back and absolutely fell in love with how professional, caring and concerned she was about my comfort in choosing her for my procedure. Which meant so much to me as well. I decided to pay my deposit and set my date! 1 week before my surgery I got "cold feet and emailed Dr. Caplin my concerns. Right after the office closed she called me from her personal cell phone and discussed all my fears with me for about 30 minutes! I didn't even think doctors still did that! I was so much more confident and set on her being my doctor for tummy tuck and Lipo. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and hyped me up for the changes I desperately dreamed of! From prepping me, to waking me up, the office team was amazing friendly and kind. I'm now 4 days out from my surgery and couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Caplin has kept in touch with me to make sure I've been comfortable and everything has turned out like I imagined. I would just like to take a min to thank dr naveen for going above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my body. I have always had insecurities with my body and I haven’t been the easiest procedure. Back story, I use to be 300lbs and very unhappy with my hips. The way my body carries its weight it has caused many back issues. Dr Naveen is making sure to fix the weight pulling on my spin. We have another procedure coming up where he will be helping to remove and fix some issues after procedure one. He will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy!!! I did an online consultation.. after getting changed it the hospital clothes.. which I took a min the staff was very patient about the whole thing .. I meet with doctor lavien he was very warm and easy to talk to I explainedwhat What I was Wanting out of my breast enlargements he reinsured me that I made the right choice on my implant once again I didn’t feel rushed at all will talking to him after the consultation I was walked to a room we’re they prepped me for surgery when the nurses were ready they walked me into the surgery room and asked me to sit on the bed at which time I was asked to lay down which I did. And from that point I don’t remember anything. Until I awoke up in recovery the nurses helped me get dressed and they took me to my ride and helped to me load up into the car they gave my care giver all the information as needed .. it was a great experience working with them I don’t think I would had gotten the royal treatment any wear Else I was able to travel home the same day with easy and when we left the clinic we went to Walgreens which was right done the road maybe a mile my prescriptions were ready I will definitely go back in the future if needed pa my husband was very pleased with the out come .. And they do offer insurance on the implants there prices were very reasonable but he’s gonna over all I’m love hop they look and as of day too I’m not in that much pain I would definitely recommend friends and family Thank you for such a wonderful staff More
No doubt having found Dr Nuveen was a blessing, a great professional, kind, sensitive and committed to his profession, I came to see several doctors who made me believe and lose hope of seeing me again, I suffered breast cancer, I went through a double mastectomy and the other doctors the options they gave me were not good, I felt totally mutilated, finished as a woman, after fighting a hard battle against cancer and running into doctors who do not have apathy for what happens to you depressed, but thank God I found dr Nuveen who restored my security and my essence as a woman, he did a wonderful job, professional and above all everything was always kind and human, I live in Austin Tx, I had to travel several hours but without doubt was worth it and I would do it again, hopefully there are more doctors like Dr. Nuveen and his team, eternally grateful, they have made me feel complete again thanks to Nuveen More

Being hyper reactive to Epi and intolerant of Versed left me searching everywhere for a Doctor that would even talk to me about a Rhino. Dr Nuveen didn't even hesitate at my drug restrictions and preformed an amazing nose job & eye lift - WITHOUT any drug induced pain!!! The staff was excellent & attentive, Sonia was great and caught all my drug restrictions & took excellent care of me. Dr. Nuveen did my first surgery in 2011. Did a fantastic job! After such a great experience I decided to drive from Dallas, TX back to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. Dr. Caplin did my second surgery on Oct 31st. 2019 and she knew exactly what I asked for. She was the sweetest doctor and her staff were amazing too. I love how caring and understanding she is. 47yrs, 1st BA Chose NATRELLE 605 SCF Gummy Bear Implants. I Love Them! - I have celiacs. I bruise really easy and it always looks really bad. I had several consults that the surgeons weren't comfortable after I stated " I will bruise and it will probably turn black." About a week later I developed a hematoma in the right breast. Dr. Nuveen and his nurses noticed it right away then off to the surgery area we went. He notified his staff of the emergency so they could let his other patients know there would be a delay. I didn't realize it was an issue just thought it was a normal bruise. They had me fixed up in about an hour. So far my new breast are healing well and are starting to drop. I love the way I look in clothes for the first time in my life. Everyone is amazing there. They answered all my questions and put me and my husband at ease. There is always someone available for any emergency at anytime of the day. Updated on 2 Oct 2019: I'm 3 months post, my breast have dropped and feel soft. All of the bruising is finally gone. I still have some numbness and tenderness in the lower poles. My muscles have started to get feeling back in my chest. My implants are under the muscle. Updated on 8 Dec 2019: I am so pleased with the results. Just got fitted for my new breast. My final result is 34DDD. I was barely an A cup. The Lady that did my fitting was so nice. They look natural and perfect for my body size etc. I then returned for a tummy tuck October 2018 and am very pleased. Had some fat pockets settle in after complete healing and returned for Lipo to remove those pockets. Again, he did an amazing job and was very patient with me and thorough. Love the whole group! I actually had the upper eye-lift procedure for purposes of improving my peripheral vision, and the results far exceeded my expectations. I've had a number of remarks on how much better my eyes look now, but I tell people I would have been happy with the post-op bruising permanently to have obtained the resulting improvement in my vision. I love this place. I had breast implants (gummies) and a lift in Feb 2019. I was amazed at how fast I healed and how I barely have scars. I will be 50 in Aug so it's not like "youth" is the answer to my great healing. Dr. Nuveen has been awesome, he gives you his personal # and he DOES answer your questions and concerns. Dr. Caplin is really wonderful. My mother saw her at the beginning of 2018 for a lower facelift and the results, follow up and care were awesome. As it probably happens, my mother got the itch again in 2019 to have a breast lift & augmentation - so of course I said I would do it too. Dr. Caplin listened to us and the results are better than we expected. We were seen on the same day and the team at CSA remembered us from the prior year - oh we remember your mom's dancing after surgery. :) Yes, that happened. My mom had no problems after surgery and she looks amazing less than 8 weeks later! I sadly decided to slip about a week after surgery and injured the area that just had surgery but there was an immediate response directly from Dr. Caplin and her team. I am happy to report that I feel great, energy is back and I have breasts that I love for the first time in my life. (Mom reports the same) More

On 4-25-17 I took one of the largest leaps of faith into Dr. Courtney Caplin's hands! I had a consultation for a Tummy tuck a few months back and absolutely fell in love with how professional, caring and concerned she was about my comfort in choosing her for my procedure. Which meant so much to me as well. I decided to pay my deposit and set my date! 1 week before my surgery I got "cold feet and emailed Dr. Caplin my concerns. Right after the office closed she called me from her personal cell phone and discussed all my fears with me for about 30 minutes! I didn't even think doctors still did that! I was so much more confident and set on her being my doctor for tummy tuck and Lipo. When I arrived everyone was so friendly and hyped me up for the changes I desperately dreamed of! From prepping me, to waking me up, the office team was amazing friendly and kind. I'm now 4 days out from my surgery and couldn't be more pleased. The Bedside manner of Courtney is... above and beyond, I stayed at the overnight recovery center and let me tell you it was nice, first I had my husband and my two teenage boys with me, we are a close knit family so they all wanted to be with me, Do you know the staff had no problems with my two boys staying over with me and my husband😳...they made them feel so welcomed and at home, the girls even pulled out a blow up bed for them!!! I would just like to take a min to thank dr naveen for going above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my body. I have always had insecurities with my body and I haven’t been the easiest procedure. Back story, I use to be 300lbs and very unhappy with my hips. The way my body carries its weight it has caused many back issues. Dr Naveen is making sure to fix the weight pulling on my spin. We have another procedure coming up where he will be helping to remove and fix some issues after procedure one. He will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy!!! 10 Stars!!! I had Breast Augmentation a month ago (M2F) and my experience at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates was like being spoiled with a day at a Luxury Spa. Everyone from Kayla S. at the front desk (who made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and excited) to Courtney (who went over every detail, answered questions, and helped me get my surgery financed, and was also very friendly) to the Nurses who prepped me for surgery, to staff throughout the beautiful facility was just better than anyone could ever ask for. If I could afford all the surgeries I wanted... Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates would be the ONLY place I would go. My Surgeon, Dr. Caplin, OMG AWESOME, she is truly Gifted, Sincere, Caring, Experienced...I could go on and on about how Amazing she is. There is something about her that just instantly makes you feel like "She is the one I want doing my surgery". I had 800cc Silicone Implants, underneath and under the muscle. What can I say...except THANK YOU to Dr. Caplin and staff for helping me get to where I want to be! I wanted to downsize, so Dr. Caplin did a revision of a previous doctor's work (lift with implant) and the results are AMAZING. I also had some other work, but if you can't tell, why would I?!? I had wanted a tummy tuck for about 12 years. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Caplin just to get an idea of pricing. I walked out with an appointment. She and her nurses were so sweet and honest. I was terrified of the process, because I’ve been ashamed of my body for all of those 12 years. She made me feel comfortable and hopeful. The day of my surgery was another hurdle for my self esteem to cross. Once again, she and her staff was amazing. The nurse, Audrey, and scrub tech, Lita, walked me through each step. They made sure I always knew what was going to happen. I couldn’t have asked for better care! I even was able to reach Dr. Caplin at 10 o clock on a weekend night about something that I had a serious concern with. She responded right away and went out of her way to take care of me. I came here two separate times in a week- first to have IPL of my face with the laser technician Kim and then to have Botox with Dr. Caplin. Both experiences were great! Kim made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process... so much so that I am already planning my trip back here to get laser hair removal next time. I absolutely love this place, i am a dancer and i got my breast implants by Dr. Nuveen about 5years ago and i always get compliments on them. I just recently got a tummy tuck about 8months ago, also by Dr. Nuveen and i couldnt be happier, yes there is a big scar but my clothes fit better and my confidence has gone up tremendously. It was also recommended by the Louisiana physician that I have the procedure done at two different times which would have further contributed to an increase in cost and recovery time. However, my experience with Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplain has been beyond amazing! Both physicians are extremely thorough and passionate, about their work. Had a phenomenal experience! The staff was kind and understanding. I was having a double incision mastectomy with free nipple graft (chest reconstruction & masculinization). I had a platysmaplasty and some liposuction on my flanks (love handles). The staff and Dr. Caplin made an uncomfortable situation bearable. They walked me through the process and made certain I understood everything. Dr. Caplin and Dr. Nesiba kept in touch with me throughout my healing process thru text messages and phone calls. Mommy of 3, Wanted Bigger Boobs 520cc 5'4" 126 lbs - I was always a small b cup, sometimes and A. With breastfreding I was a full C. After having our 3rd child amd breastfeeding for 2 years mu boobs were an A and saggy. I wanted to be a d and for my size my Dr. Recommend 485 cc. I was wondering if 525cc would work and he didn't kmow if I would be happy with those. But he said when he got in there if he could comfortably fit the 525 and he was able to. I am so far very pleased. My surgery was today. It took about 45 minutes and I was pretty groggy for a few hours after. I am taking Norco and Valium. Don't wait for the pain to set in. Take your medicine on time. I will post before and after pictures soon. Updated on 7 Oct 2018: I am only really sore in the mornings. I still take some pain medication. I have just a little bit of bruising. I can' t wait for them to drop!! I was a 34 or 36 barely b before and received 520 high profile gummy cohesive gel implants. Make sure to take a stool softener from the beginning. Updated on 6 Nov 2018: My breasts have dropped a lot and I have no pain at all. They are soft and I don't have morning boob pain anymore. I am very happy with my results. I was a 36C while breastfeeding and went back to an A cup. I was measured the other day at a 34DD or a 32DDD and was very comfortable in both. More

Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. - I have no idea where to even begin with this review except from the beginning. A little about me, I’m 42 years old and grew up in a very strict body image type home. After having children I “let myself go”. For 15 years I was severely overweight. About seven years ago I decided it was time to make a change. I lost 85 pounds through better eating choices and exercise. But then I was left with saggy skin and these areas of fat that no matter how hard I worked I couldn’t lose them. I decided I wanted to have a tummy tuck done. After researching countless doctors and reading many stories on here I decided to call Dr. Nuveen’s office. His staff is the most polite and helpful group of people I have encountered in a facility such as this. When I finally had my appointment I was so impressed with the facility and staff that I knew no matter what I wanted to have my procedure here, but I still had not met the doctor. Once the consult was concluding Dr Nuveen told me that he would be happy to do a tummy tuck for me, but he didn’t think I would be happy with the results considering there was a lot of fat and saggy skin on the backside that needed to be removed as well. I went into an immediate tailspin. He was recommending a lower body lift. I was not prepared for this in any way. But I felt confident that if that is what he recommended then that is what I was going to do. Once I was hime and processed I realized I had a lot more questions I needed answers to. Without hesitation his staff set up another consult. Dr. Nuveen was so patient with me. He answered every question I had. By the time I left his facility again I was never more sure where I wanted to have my procedure done but also who I wanted to do it. I can not tell you how happy I am that I made this decision. I am 28 days post op and I feel amazing. M stomach is completely flat. My incisions are all but healed. I had very minimal pain after procedure. Dr. Nuveen gave me my life back. He gave me my happiness back. For that I can never be thankful enough. I truly believe in this man. I believe in his knowledge, technique, and I feel like he has the best support staff around him. I would recommend anyone considering a lower body lift to do a consult with him at the very least. Even if you have a bit of travel, it won’t cost you anything but time. I truly hope this helps someone out there that is looking for their own path to follow. This procedure has already changed my life and I had never been happier than I am right now. More

27 YO No Kids 5'2 117lbs Silicone 450cc HP - I HATED my breasts never EVER went without a bra that added at least 2 cup sizes and was 2 sizes too large. Didn't wear bathing suits, i was completely embarrassed of my breast. I was completely terrified to go in to surgery as o had beget gove under anesthesia before nor had surgery. But dr nuveen and his staff made me feel at ease. It was fast. It hurts Wang's there is nothib you can do abou about that i mean its surgery. I had wanted a tummy tuck for about 12 years. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Caplin just to get an idea of pricing. I walked out with an appointment. She and her nurses were so sweet and honest. I was terrified of the process, because I’ve been ashamed of my body for all of those 12 years. She made me feel comfortable and hopeful. The day of my surgery was another hurdle for my self esteem to cross. Once again, she and her staff was amazing. The nurse, Audrey, and scrub tech, Lita, walked me through each step. They made sure I always knew what was going to happen. I couldn’t have asked for better care! I even was able to reach Dr. Caplin at 10 o clock on a weekend night about something that I had a serious concern with. She responded right away and went out of her way to take care of me. I came here two separate times in a week- first to have IPL of my face with the laser technician Kim and then to have Botox with Dr. Caplin. Both experiences were great!Kim made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process... so much so that I am already planning my trip back here to get laser hair removal next time.Dr. Caplin also made me feel relaxed and the whole Botox process was very quick. I had my breast augmentation 3 weeks ago today. My healing process has not been as fast as I would like but I am also a very tiny women but I did not go with big implants I went with a more natural look. 330 ccs. I also went with Dr.Caplin and she was a wonderful dr to work with and has answered all my questions/texts. She is really great. The office is amazing too although I was suppose to get a one week phone call check up and did not receive that nor did I get a two week phone call check up with me being about of town patient. Dr.Caplin has been amazing about returning texts/calls from her personal cell phone. I would recommend this place if you live closer to them so you can actually go in for your checks up other then being about of town patient because I had so many questions and concerns at times I wanted to see Dr.Caplin in person to ask them and her see me the days/weeks after. But me living in dallas and driving 4 1/2 hours home after surgery was not so comfortable for me. Dr.Caplin is defiantly worth going too. The staff is awesome as well. Dr. Nuveen and his team are amazing! From the moment I arrived for my surgery they were very friendly and helpful. All of the nurses made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nuveen takes his time to get to know you and for you to get to know a little about him, that's somthing I really appreciated. The surgery was quick, I was never uncomfortable. I went in for a breast augmentation, and my results exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is great, you can really tell that everyone enjoys their job. They are all very passionate about what role they play in making their clients happy and comfortable, that is why I give 5 stars. I would give 6 stars if I could ! They are so caring and not just because it’s a job but because they are concerned with your happiness. They made me feel relaxed and at ease and my nurse, Tiffany, is amazing. I had a tummy tuck in November of 2017. The office staff was very helpful and professional anytime I had a question. Dr. Nuveen and his intern made me feel very comfortable and were easy to reach post-surgery. Lita the surgical tech was very informative on what was going to happen before surgery. I absolutely love this place, i am a dancer and i got my breast implants by Dr. Nuveen about 5years ago and i always get compliments on them. I just recently got a tummy tuck about 8months ago, also by Dr. Nuveen and i couldnt be happier, yes there is a big scar but my clothes fit better and my confidence has gone up tremendously.
