From the moment I walked in and started my consultation, I felt so comfortable. Every single staff member I spoke to was kind and attentive. A breast augmentation consult has the potential to be a little awkward (so I experienced at a previous establishment), but not at CSA. I was able to comfortably discuss and show the surgeon and nurse what I wanted to achieve and ask all the questions. I schedule my surgery that day. Sarah, helped with the financing consult and was beyond supportive. Not only did she provide support before but evens two weeks post op she is answering all my questions. I never leave reviews on ANYTHING but CSA deserves this review. I could not recommend CSA enough. From start to finish, the whole team has been so professional and kind. I scheduled my appointment for rhinoplasty in April and had my procedure done October 20th. They called and made sure I knew of my pre-op and post-op instructions and answered all of my questions. On surgery day, it could not have been a smoother process. Everything went perfectly. I’m now on day 16 post-op and I LOVE my nose. Went in to have a second Breast Augmentation surgery by Dr Nuveen after almost 20 years had my implants switched out not to mention my old implants had held up fairly well main reason for the switch was, I wanted more volume well my experience was just a great as the first time the staff was very attentive and friendly even though I had had this surgery before it was still a little nerve racking staff was very helpful to help relax and make me comfortable surgery was what seemed to be quick and easy I had very little pain and was up and walking within the hour. I’ve had such a great experience with CSA. The facility is clean, beautiful and inviting. The women at the front desk are always friendly, both over the phone and in person. I had a consultation for a breast augmentation in March. The consult was thorough! We discussed my hopes/goals, different types of implants, different methods of placement, and I got to try a bunch of implant sizes until I decided on a size I felt the best with. The nurse practitioner made sure to answer all of my questions and made me feel so reassured throughout the whole process. I was then presented with price estimates and payment/financing options. I had been struggling with whether or not I should have a lower body lift after losing a large amount of weight. I made the decision to jump in after taking 4 flights in the span of two months where I was manhandled by TSA because of my extra skin. DrNuveen has done my breast augmentation twice. First time being a little over 12 years ago, the second being today. CSA has the BEST staff and surgeons any one could ask for. I first visited cosmetic surgery affiliates when I was 25 years old for my breast augmentation. It went very smoothly and I absolutely love my results. It gave me the confidence to start working out more and taking better care of myself. A couple of years later I’ve decided to go back and address the issues I was having with my stomach muscles… I was trying to work out and anything having to do with my core hurt. I had a second breast augmentation within the same year as my first and Dr. Nuveen really cared to listen to my concerns and really focused on what could be improved on the second one. I began my search for a surgeon about 2 months ago & came across Cosmetic surgery affiliates. From the beginning I started talking with Morgan she was great about reaching out and following my 1000 questions as well as being patient with me and helping me set up a virtual consult. Having to stand in front of a complete stranger in my intimates and discussing my flawed body as the main topic of conversation is quite humiliating. However, instead of getting right to the problem, Dr. Nuveen took his time to get to know me and establish a trust that he has my best interest at heart. I didn’t feel like I was at another doctors appointment at all. When we reached the point of discussing my flaws, I felt like I was just asking a new friend for his opinion. I had breast implants that were over 30 years old. I was concerned that there could possibly be something wrong with them. Three years ago, Dr. Caplin replaced them. It was a difficult surgery apparently because of scar tissue on the right side. She had to remove a lot of tissue because of that. Dr. Caplin did a fantastic job of making them look the same size and was able to also do it without a lift. I am 60, and they look fabulous. I would recommend her to anyone. CSA went above and beyond to make my experience great! We were in the midst of an ice storm and the majority of OKC was without power but the OR is fully powered by generators to continue with surgeries. This week I went to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates for a consultation for breast augmentation and a full body lift. I had been researching places to go and this was the one I kept going back to after lots of reviews, both online and word of mouth, were very positive! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very polite and attentive. The waiting area was gorgeous and comforting. I was taken back to the consult area by Jayme where we had a great conversation about what I had in mind, she was very open and honest with her answers to my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. Sonia came in next to measure and take photos, I have had 4 kids and modesty isn’t usually an issue, but my poor boobs...She was so sweet, explaining everything she was doing and why. Again, I felt so comfortable. I rocked that photoshoot! Dr. Nuveen stopped in next and explained some more things about the procedures I was wanting and gave some advice on what he felt would be best, I loved that. There’s that comfortable thing again, I felt it. next up, Dr. Caplin! It’s like a literal ray of sunshine came in. She is the kindest person I think I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She knew exactly what I wanted and assured me it would all be great! She told me a few fun facts about the facility and told me about her pups Max & Ruby who come to the office. No doubt having found Dr Nuveen was a blessing, a great professional, kind, sensitive and committed to his profession, I came to see several doctors who made me believe and lose hope of seeing me again, I suffered breast cancer, I went through a double mastectomy and the other doctors the options they gave me were not good, I felt totally mutilated, finished as a woman, after fighting a hard battle against cancer and running into doctors who do not have apathy for what happens to you depressed, but thank God I found dr Nuveen who restored my security and my essence as a woman, he did a wonderful job, professional and above all everything was always kind and human, I live in Austin Tx, I had to travel several hours but without doubt was worth it and I would do it again, hopefully there are more doctors like Dr. Nuveen and his team, eternally grateful, they have made me feel complete again thanks to Nuveen More

Being hyper reactive to Epi and intolerant of Versed left me searching everywhere for a Doctor that would even talk to me about a Rhino. Dr Nuveen didn't even hesitate at my drug restrictions and preformed an amazing nose job & eye lift - WITHOUT any drug induced pain!!! The staff was excellent & attentive, Sonia was great and caught all my drug restrictions & took excellent care of me. Dr. Nuveen did my first surgery in 2011. Did a fantastic job! After such a great experience I decided to drive from Dallas, TX back to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. Dr. Caplin did my second surgery on Oct 31st. 2019 and she knew exactly what I asked for. She was the sweetest doctor and her staff were amazing too. I love how caring and understanding she is. She puts herself in your shoes and really takes her time to research and answer any questions for her patients. Both followed up with me after surgery from their personal phones in the evening time to check up on me. 47yrs, 1st BA Chose NATRELLE 605 SCF Gummy Bear Implants. I Love Them! - I have celiacs. I bruise really easy and it always looks really bad. I had several consults that the surgeons weren't comfortable after I stated " I will bruise and it will probably turn black." About a week later I developed a hematoma in the right breast. Dr. Nuveen and his nurses noticed it right away then off to the surgery area we went. He notified his staff of the emergency so they could let his other patients know there would be a delay. I didn't realize it was an issue just thought it was a normal bruise. They had me fixed up in about an hour. So far my new breast are healing well and are starting to drop. I love the way I look in clothes for the first time in my life. Everyone is amazing there. They answered all my questions and put me and my husband at ease. There is always someone available for any emergency at anytime of the day. Updated on 2 Oct 2019: I'm 3 months post, my breast have dropped and feel soft. All of the bruising is finally gone. I still have some numbness and tenderness in the lower poles. My muscles have started to get feeling back in my chest. My implants are under the muscle. Updated on 8 Dec 2019: I am so pleased with the results. Just got fitted for my new breast. My final result is 34DDD. I was barely an A cup. The Lady that did my fitting was so nice. She said that mine were the best she had seen. Kudos to Dr. Nuveen for listening to me and how I wanted to look. Most of the feeling has come back. Love the way I look. More

Most amazing and caring Dr! The staff is great as well and super friendly. I had breast augmentation 7 years ago by him, and love them! They look natural and perfect for my body size etc. I then returned for a tummy tuck October 2018 and am very pleased. Had some fat pockets settle in after complete healing and returned for Lipo to remove those pockets. Again, he did an amazing job and was very patient with me and thorough. Love the whole group! I saw Dr. Nuveen for FFS, and all I have to say is wow! Dr. Nuveen and all of the staff as a whole always listened to me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, discussing everything every step of the way. They were always there to answer questions both pre and post-op, even on weekends. The results were fantastic as well, and if I ever had another surgery in the future, I would definitely go back to Dr. Nuveen and his expert staff. There is so much greatness to be said about my experience here, this little comment section will not due enough justice to what I need to express...so I'm just going to make a YouTube video😂......but to start, Dr. Courtney Caplin was my surgeon, she did her thang on my full tummy tuck and lipo! But these are the most personable, caring and down to earth surgeons that I have ever did a consult with, Im so Thankful that God put them in my path. The Bedside manner of Courtney is... above and beyond, I stayed at the overnight recovery center and let me tell you it was nice, first I had my husband and my two teenage boys with me, we are a close knit family so they all wanted to be with me, Do you know the staff had no problems with my two boys staying over with me and my husband😳...they made them feel so welcomed and at home, the girls even pulled out a blow up bed for them!!! The evening after my surgery Courtney came into the recovery room before going home and that's when I met Dr.Nuveen, he helped her put me in my compression garment...he talked to my husband and my boys and even took my oldest son to show him where extra sheets was if they needed them!!! ❤️ This place! I'm 11 days post op today and feel good, this waist is 👌🏾😜 popping...(minus the swelling..lol) More

I absolutely love this place, i am a dancer and i got my breast implants by Dr. Nuveen about 5years ago and i always get compliments on them. I just recently got a tummy tuck about 8months ago, also by Dr. Nuveen and i couldnt be happier, yes there is a big scar but my clothes fit better and my confidence has gone up tremendously. I would reccomend this facility to anyone looking for any cosmetic procedures. It was also recommended by the Louisiana physician that I have the procedure done at two different times which would have further contributed to an increase in cost and recovery time. However, my experience with Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplain has been beyond amazing! Both physicians are extremely thorough and passionate, about their work. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. - I have no idea where to even begin with this review except from the beginning. A little about me, I’m 42 years old and grew up in a very strict body image type home. After having children I “let myself go”. For 15 years I was severely overweight. About seven years ago I decided it was time to make a change. I lost 85 pounds through better eating choices and exercise. But then I was left with saggy skin and these areas of fat that no matter how hard I worked I couldn’t lose them. I decided I wanted to have a tummy tuck done. After researching countless doctors and reading many stories on here I decided to call Dr. Nuveen’s office. His staff is the most polite and helpful group of people I have encountered in a facility such as this. When I finally had my appointment I was so impressed with the facility and staff that I knew no matter what I wanted to have my procedure here, but I still had not met the doctor. Once the consult was concluding Dr Nuveen told me that he would be happy to do a tummy tuck for me, but he didn’t think I would be happy with the results considering there was a lot of fat and saggy skin on the backside that needed to be removed as well. I went into an immediate tailspin. He was recommending a lower body lift. I was not prepared for this in any way. But I felt confident that if that is what he recommended then that is what I was going to do. Once I was hime and processed I realized I had a lot more questions I needed answers to. Without hesitation his staff set up another consult. Dr. Nuveen was so patient with me. He answered every question I had. By the time I left his facility again I was never more sure where I wanted to have my procedure done but also who I wanted to do it. I can not tell you how happy I am that I made this decision. I am 28 days post op and I feel amazing. M stomach is completely flat. My incisions are all but healed. I had very minimal pain after procedure. Dr. Nuveen gave me my life back. He gave me my happiness back. For that I can never be thankful enough. I truly believe in this man. I believe in his knowledge, technique, and I feel like he has the best support staff around him. I would recommend anyone considering a lower body lift to do a consult with him at the very least. Even if you have a bit of travel, it won’t cost you anything but time. I truly hope this helps someone out there that is looking for their own path to follow. This procedure has already changed my life and I had never been happier than I am right now. More

27 YO No Kids 5'2 117lbs Silicone 450cc HP - I HATED my breasts never EVER went without a bra that added at least 2 cup sizes and was 2 sizes too large. Didn't wear bathing suits, i was completely embarrassed of my breast. I was completely terrified to go in to surgery as o had beget gove under anesthesia before nor had surgery. But dr nuveen and his staff made me feel at ease. It was fast. It hurts Wang's there is nothib you can do abou about that i mean its surgery. Prior to choosing Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates to perform my breast lift and tummy tuck, I visited a physician in Louisiana that was said to be, ”the best.” After consulting with the Louisiana physician, I was quoted twice as much for the same procedure. It was also recommended by the Louisiana physician that I have the procedure done at two different times which would have further contributed to an increase in cost and recovery time. However, my experience with Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplain has been beyond amazing! Both physicians are extremely thorough and passionate, about their work. I absolutely love this place, i am a dancer and i got my breast implants by Dr. Nuveen about 5years ago and i always get compliments on them. I just recently got a tummy tuck about 8months ago, also by Dr. Nuveen and i couldnt be happier, yes there is a big scar but my clothes fit better and my confidence has gone up tremendously. 10 days post op..breast lift with implants and lower body lift. I had a tummy tuck 10 years ago from another surgeon that didn't turn out well and Dr. Nuveen corrected that and I am soooo happy! Better than expected! Dr. Caplan and Dr. Nuveen are truly top notch in my book. I went in with a very disfigured lip and wasn't expecting much more than a slight improvement. Dr. Caplan and Dr. Nuveeen "nailed it" on my lip reconstruction. Almost 20 years of mental anguish is gone and it has only been a month since my procedure. Before the surgery, about 90 percent of my day used to be focused on my lip appearance and discomfort. I couldn't event see what was going on around me most days (that is how bad my lip bothered me). As cliche as it sounds, I feel that I finally have my life back and can finally focus on the things in life that are important without feeling "beat down" anymore They are very welcoming and professional as well as the WHOLE staff which made my experience all for the better. 40 Years Old..finally Able to Have BA! - Oklahoma City, OK - Hi! I just turned 40 years old and was finally able to have the breast augmentation that I've wanted for years...after raising 4 kiddos, it's my turn now! Dr. Nuveen took a lot of time with me helping me decide what size to go with and whether saline or silicone was right for me...I was thinking about 400 cc silicone, but he told me that for my build (5' 9" and 170 pounds) I would really need to go bigger, if I wanted to see much difference (I was barely a B cup to start out with, barely) So, we went with 650 cc silicone under the muscle....and I'm SO glad he suggested that I go bigger!! I felt at ease the entire time I was in the office and I'm usually a nervous Nelly! ;) For anybody out there wondering if the surgery's worth it....IT IS!! I absolutely love my new additions! 1.5 Year Old Implants Removed - Oklahoma City, OK - I would like to start off my thanking all the women who took the time to write reviews in breast implant removal. You really helped me in my decision. I am interested in breast implant removal. Here are my pictures. I think they are too big for my body. I liked them for about six months, but have realized they are too big and want them gone. It is difficult for me to find clothing that fits my body right. I also have difficulty working out. And have pain under the implant crease where I can feel the implants. I'm also at a very different place in my life than when I got the implants put in. I'm about to graduate college and start my professional career and don't think my big boobs will fit into my lifestyle. I've researched the various alternatives and have come to the conclusion that removal is the best action for me. I scheduled my surgery 4/14/16 with the same doctor who put them in.Updated on 19 May 2016:I am so glad I went through with this. I can not began to express my gratitude for Dr. Nuveen and his wonderful staff. I began my journey with them in October with brachioplasty and breast lift/augmentation. Dr. Courtney Caplin is the best. My experience with her is one I treasure. I have been getting Botox for years, but her approach was perfect. First of I would like to start out with this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. I was so scared, I have never had surgery before and never put "under" so my nerves were in every direction.I live in Texas and Dr. Nuveen is 7hours away so a lot of communication was with his staff over the phone, plus I researched Dr. Nuveen for about a year before I finally scheduled the appointment.I went in at 7am on a Thursday morning and had my consultation with Dr. Nuveen. This is the place to go for ANY cosmetic procedure. I couldn't be happier. From the moment I entered the office door all the way through my 3 post-op visits, I was treated with respect and dignity. NEVER was I pushed into any decision---after expressing what I was unhappy with about my face, Dr. Nuveen accessed the face and had recommendations that were left entirely for me to decide upon. His staff personnel presented several options for prices and payment again with absolutely no pressure. The day of surgery, those gals made sure I was comfortable and we just laughed and a good time. I got my lips done by Jessica last week and I am so so happy with the result! She spent a lot of time with me so we could work together to make sure they still had a nice and natural look. I really appreciate how slow she went and kept a mirror in front of me the whole time so I could see how they were turning out as I was getting them done. Love her!! My lips swelled up so much that following night and next day and I got kind of freaked out, but rest assured they are now back to how they were after I left her office! She is really down to earth and shows she cares about you which I really appreciated. Went for a consultation with my friend who is getting a lift and implant with dr. Nuveen and her lips done with Jessica. Jessica was so friendly and informative that I booked my appointment THAT day to have my lips done the next week! Dr. Nuveen and his staff are the absolute best!!! I am from the DFW area and would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone!! I had lost over 100 pounds and was in search of a surgeon that could help me remove the excess skin and perform breast lift with augmentation. From the very first consultation to the present (I am not completely done with all my surgeries) they have treated me with the utmost respect and have been honest and realistic. Anyone who has done their "homework" knows how important it is to trust someone with your whole body transformation. I had an entire lower body lift, spiral thigh lift and I was so worried about having no "booty" left after all the excess skin would be removed. Dr. Nuveen created me a "booty" and believe me he had his work cut out for him. I am still AMAZED at the way I look. I sometimes look at my before and after pictures and can't believe how incredible I look thanks to HIM!! He truly cares about his patients and has their best interest at heart! Dr. Nuveen did a tummy tuck, breast lift, and augmentation for me. I was VERY nervous because it is a big surgery and there are always risks. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable, the surgery went very well, and I have been happy with the decision to have it done from the very beginning. Dr. Nuveen and his staff were amazing. I got in for a consultation very quickly. I was not rushed. All my questions at the time were answered and at any point if I had a question, I just had to call. They helped me get set up through Care Credit on the spot and I was able to schedule my appointment for the very next week. Dr. Nuveen was extremely pleasant and professional. My sternum bone was a huuuuge issue for me because it was so prominent and my chest muscles tended to pull my breasts outward toward the sides. I was going from a barely B cup to a D cup (approximately). I was so worried I would get weird results. Dr. Nuveen discussed with me the best and most practical ways to achieve the look I wanted. The day of the surgery I was almost in tears because it is such a big change. The nurses were so sweet and so positive and this made a world of a difference. After the procedure and over the next several weeks the staff worked with me to help me manage my pain medicine and all other concerns. My results are so phenomenal. The size is perfect, the placement is perfect, and the scars are healing perfectly. I know not everyone will run into the same complications, so I feel so so fortunate that I did not have any complications. My only issue was getting used to the new weight : ) and I had to take the anti-nausea meds at leeeaast 40 before eating and before taking the pain meds. All my check-ups went well too. They give you the choice to come in or just send photos. I chose to go in just to get the face to face. I did send Dr. Nuveen one photo when it was after hours because I was concerned about one small bruise. He took note and explained how this particular bruising was normal. I am almost all healed now and I have no bruising or other problems. I AM SO PLEASED. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. More
What can I say about Dr. Nuveen, Dr. Jensen, Mandy, Jessica, Jennifer, Ashley, Taylor, Hannah and the rest of the staff at CSAOK? One word comes to mind....FABULOUS! I contemplated having breast augmentation for many, many years but did not have the confidence to face anyone with the issues I had with my breasts. After hearing great reviews from a family member I decided to give it a whirl. It wasn't easy but I went online and completed the consultation information and within hours I received an email requesting pictures. Oh my, the tough part. How do I send pictures when it felt so humiliating? I finally gave in and sent pictures and cried for 3 hours. Shortly after my crying was done I received a phone call from the fabulous Mandy Newman. She quickly put me at ease and I was sold. I was given thorough information about what needed to be done, a lift followed by augmentation 3 months later. I scheduled my first surgery and was nervous which is absolutely normal. When I walked in, the atmosphere at CSAOK was soothing. Shortly after came the unveiling to Dr. Nuveen. He put me at ease from his handshake not to mention he is easy on the eyes, (under anesthesia I have been known to say he is smokin' hot!) I had my lift and he personally called that evening to check on me. I was home and back at work within 2 days and had more confidence than I ever had in my life even though my breasts were quite small for my taste! I had no complications, no problems to speak of. Life got in the way and I did not have my augmentation until 9 months later. I was not nervous, I was excited because I knew I was in the best hands possible. I met Dr. Jensen during my second surgery and he was so very nice. The ladies in the office from the receptionist to the nurses treated me like a friend rather than a patient. My augmentation was a success! I opted for saline implants and I am so happy with the results. I have normal breasts for once in my life! I cannot tell you enough how my confidence is at an all time high. I can wear V-neck shirts, I can wear a bathing suit and not feel awkward. Dr. Nuveen had quite a canvas to work with and I can just say that Michaelangelo has nothing on doc! I was so pleased I referred my own daughter who had surgery about 4 months after me. Dr. Jensen was there to greet us and followed up the evening after her surgery and she had no complications, no problems whatsoever. As I was fast approaching 40, I noticed signs of small wrinkles in my forehead and between my eye brows. I had been told Botox would fix those little lines, so I took a chance and had it done. After having 2 babies, my belly was a disaster. I hesitantly called and talked to Mandy about a consult for a tummy tuck. Nervous as could be I went to my appointment with Dr. Nuveen. Not one time did I feel uncomfortable or like I was being judged. The office staff was very polite and accommodating and made you feel like family. I chose Dr Nuveen because my ob/gyn said he performed his wifes breast augmentation & alot of other word of mouth. He started my visit by telling all about himself & where he came from plus his hobbies (cars), my husband was hooked (his hobby is also cars)! My 1st implant surgery was performed 20 yrs ago, i had developed a leak in implant & had scar tissue build up around implant. Dr Nuveen assured me that scar tissue was going to be a problem, I asked him if i needed a lift & he said no, I was so happy because i didn't want a lift. I was very worried about the pain because my 1st surgery was worse than natural childbirth, he said it wouldn't hurt as bad because there was already a pocket there. He was right it was so much better!! We chose silicone implants that are 600cc. I'm 6 weeks out of surgery & extremely pleased w/results (my husband is a VERY HAPPY MAN)! He asked me at my visit if i would mind him using my before & after pics, I was ecstatic that he thought my breasts we're pretty enough because I'm 52 yrs old & I told him YES! I definitly recommend Dr Nuveen & staff and I've already talked to him about getting rid of my "turkey neck" & I will definitely chose Dr Nuveen for all my future surgeries!! More
