Butt Implant and Fat Transfer*

Our patient here is 25 years old and came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates dissatisfied with the way her buttock looked. She had concerns with the lack of fullness and the flatter look it presented. After her consultation it was determined that Dr. Caplin would perform Liposuction to the flanks and transfer the fat too the buttock area along with placing butt implants. The lipo done to the flanks slimmed that area and the fat transfer along with the implants gave her the fullness she desired.
