This 37 year old female presented to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in Oklahoma City wanting more fullness in her upper chest feeling that her breasts had deflated after having children. She also noted that her right breast was slightly smaller than her left breast so wanted to correct the asymmetry at the same time with augmenting her breasts with implants. Dr. Caplin and Dr. Nuveen always discuss options of saline vs silicone implants along with where the incision can be placed.
