34 year old patient desiring the fuller breasts she had always wanted came to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates for a silicone breast augmentation. During her in office consultation, patient learned about both saline and silicone implants and was able to try on implants to determine what was her perfect size. In the end, patient went with a 450 cc implant to meet her goals.
