36 year old female from Okc with 400 cc Saline Implants - Breast Augmentation*

This 36 year old female from Oklahoma City female presented for consultation to enlarge her breasts. She discussed her options for silicone vs saline implants with Dr. Nuveen at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. She was not concerned about rippling and felt that she had enough of her own tissue to cover the implant to make them feel more natural, so elected to go with saline implants. She wanted to increase her bra size approximately two cup sizes, and chose the 400 cc saline implant.
