This 22 year old female presented to Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in OKC asking to have larger breasts. Cosmetic surgeons, Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin offer both saline and silicone breast implants, and after learning about how the silicone breast implants have less chance of rippling and feel more natural, she elected to proceed with silicone. She wanted to be approximately 2 cup sizes larger, and after trying on different sizes, she selected what she felt to be the best breast implant size for her body.
